Plants bear many fruits and can be compared to better boy, in my opinion, as far as growth rate, taste, ability to be canned and mature date.

there is no guarantee because everybody germinates seeds differently. I CAN tell you that i use a seed starter and 5 out of 5 sprouted. I gave some to my next door neibor and she started them in a 'cow pot' and they germinated as well.
