I couldn't get it to light. Not sure if its for fluid or flint. It has small screws on the bottom I will try and find out for you

I have tried to figure out why you are calling it a "topless" lighter? The lady does not look topless to me. Could you explain? Thanks!

When I look at her all i see is her breasts. She does not have anything on her that looks like clothes.. So I just said topless since i see breasts.
