Suddenly the fine, upstanding citizens of Bumblyburg are no longer being kind. They're committing outrageous crimes and giving in to peer pressure. The weather is unusually stormy, too. Behind these vicious storms is none other than the evil genious Plum Loco, who created a device called the Brain-Twister. Larryboy has to stop him. As a tornado rages through town the citizens of Bumblyburg wind up on the receiving end of their own teasing--and everyone learns the importance of being kind. Recommended for ages 8 to 12.
