these are in good condition. they are joe boxer. they say xl but after washing them they fit more like large. They are a stretchy waist but pants are too short for me. I am 5 foot 11 but with the length I would say perfect for 5 foot 7 fo 5 foot 9 person. If you have any questions please ask before biffing. I do combine shipping and will consider free shipping on gin only. If you do not pay for shipping before the 7 days is up I will keep credits and repost. No buyers remorse. Paypal only unless prior to bidding arrangements are made.

Yep and I will let you know as soon as I receive it. Then will mail out right away. If it's a check or money order I will wait for it to clear my account which is usually two days toclear
