The 1913s had a irregularity in the two dies. There were two and on both the left rim is weaker than the right rim when looking at the Obverse. You'll probably never see a 1913s that was struck centered. Also the 1913s had some very distinct die cracks, even though you can always find ones struck before the cracks. The fact that this has a noticeable wider left rim knocks it out of the running to be an S.
