The listing, Vintage Gucci Purse W/Bamboo Handle has ended.

I had posted this purse a while ago, listing it as a Chanel purse, because I just wasn't paying attention!

I got it from my grandmother who has now passed away and since it was taken down from the last time I listed it, I have done quite a bit of research to find out if it is an authentic Gucci or not. What I have come up with is, it's a toss up.

Many sources say there will be a number somewhere, many also say that some of these vintage purses do not have them.

Either way, this is an adorable vintage purse to add to your collection!

One slight flaw, which is pictured. Otherwise in great condition for such an old purse.

I really don't know. I don't see any material tags but I've consulted a couple people and everyone agrees that it feels like leather :-) Hope that helps

About 8.5 inches long and about 11 inches tall from handle to bottom. About 3 inches wide

The brand name "Gucci" will be in all capital A serial tag is the most important feature when buying a designer bag. The serial tag number in an authentic Gucci bag will be found inside the bag below the zipper pocket. If the bag does not have a zipper pocket, it will be found stitched where a pocket would be inside. The tag should have a capital R within a circle. "Gucci Made in Italy" is another phrase that ensures the bag is authentic. All serial tags are leather and list the style or model number of the bag. Just some information if you need to know I own 2 GUCCI bags I love this one in your auction but it is not a GUCCI bag looks like a Chanel bag Great Auction!!
