The game has a scratch on it to where the game will not load from CD. You how ever can still play the game with this CD. Only thing you would have to do is download the game from another COD MW3 to your xbox. Then you can put this copy in you xbox. Go to your game on the xbox (cause it will not load it from the CD), click on the game and it will load up. Sometimes it will say can not read CD or insert game disk...just hit ok and try again....This CD is the way I played this game. As alway, if you have any Questions or Comments post them below!!!!
