This is a super cute BRAND NEW soft doll house set. Box never been opened.
The set includes a "room" which can be reversed for different carpet and wall paper. Velcro is set on teh walls to attach different accesories.

I have never heard of groovy girls. My husband bought a bunch of these from a store he shops at a lot for work. My 4 year old has one and she loves it.
