No this phone is locked to Straight Talk. I already found out. But still Straight talk is the way to go. Can't bet the unlimited internet, talk, text w/pictures, instant messages for $45 a month. Love their service for 5 years.

It absolutely fully works, I will post a pic of it turned on in a minute if you would like.I bought it for my son then he decided he wanted one with a sliding keyboard and we just never used it.

It is a gingerbread version of the droid, It will do anything that you need and accesses all droid options. It's just a more basic version. Definitely more than capable though and 3G.

Yeah They make these phones for multiple carriers like most phones. This one was purchased directly from straight talk it might be possible to unlock it for another but I am not going to play with it that way. They do run really well though.

BlackBerrys and branded TracFone, SafeLink, NET10 or Straight Talk phones will not work with this program. For GSM phones, in order for your phone’s data services to work, you must update your APN data settings, also called the Access Point Name. SIM card and Service Plan are not refundable.

This IS a CDMA phone FROM straight talk, there is NO sim card slot.
