this item has never been used! an inside example is on picture #3. each page leaves room for the child to list the name, phone number, address, and birthday of family and friends. it also has a box for stickers and/or photos. the front inside cover has a place for "special numbers" police, fire, and emergency, this book is 4 inches by 3 inches (a perfect size for a backpack, pocket, lunch box. etc.).

this item would be perfect for a child with after school programs, sports, girl/ boy scouts. also, if your child goes to a friend's house often.

or this could just be saved as a collector's item.
