Description

The listing, Lacy Phacelia 50+ seeds has ended.

Hello and welcome to my Listia auction!

I have up for grabs at this time 50+ Lacy Phacelia seeds. These are just so pretty.

Lacy Phacelia is native to Southwestern US and Northern Mexico. They can be found all over the US now. It can be used as a cover crop, a bee crop, an attractant for other beneficial insects, and an ornamental plant.

The flowers open in sequence giving a long flowering season. Lacy Phacelia is a good insectary plant, attracting pollinators such as honey bees. They also attract hoverflies which are useful as biological pest control agents because they eat aphids and other pests.

Lacy Phacelia seeds will only germinate in darkness.

Do you know which growing zone you live in? These are very adaptable and grow well in zones 3-10 in North America.

When will you be putting up another auction? These flowers are vary beautiful. Looking for odd and different flowers to grow. I am trying to introduce my Granddaughters to gardening and the best way is by growing the unusual ones. :) :)
