This grill has so much versatility because not only does it have a grill side but it also has a griddle on the other side!! The grill side has holes in the grill that let all the fat run off into a pull out tray so if you are cooking alot you can remove the tray and dump it part way through, this is good if you are cooking for alot of people or cooking ahead. And when I say all the fat I really mean all the fat! I never realized just how much fat was in a burger....yucky!

When you plug in the grill, the grill side has one set temperature that you have no control over, it just automatically comes on, but the griddle side has a thermostat that you can turn off or use to control the temperature. This is great if you are using it for eggs or crepes or just keeping something (say biscuits~I've done it) warm because you can control how hot it gets!

Another great feature on this grill is the size! It's huge for an indoor grill! It measures 15 inches by 9 inches and fits atleast 6 huge burgers or 8 to 10 average ones! I think this grill will come in handy for winter family get togethers or rained out bar-b-ques! It cooks really fast too which is a plus for when you're in a hurry and dinner is late!

My favorite feature of all though is the fact that it's fully SUBMERSIBLE! Both sides and the sides detach so you can get them in the sink with no problem! This means that unlike the appliances like, say my crock pot, that are non-submersible, and off limits to anyone else but me for washing can be washed by even my forgetful husband who means well but likes to "soak" everything over night!
