I am not sure how old things need to be to have antique status but it seems to me that 40 or more years is pretty darn old!

These were created before they put expiration dates on things that contain consumeables so you know that these are many years old just because they have no expiration date on the package!

I would have removed the candy but that would have destroyed some of the collector's value of this item.
