Brussels sprouts are a slow-growing, long-bearing crop that needs cool weather. The ideal climate is the Pacific Northwest

Cold-hardy and resilient, kale is an easy member of the cabbage family to grow. You can set out plants quite early in spring as long as you protect the young plants from severe cold winds with a cover. They will grow steadily for months until the weather gets too warm

you enjoy the tangy taste of pak choi, then why not try growing some. It's easy to grow, but can be prone to bolting in hot weather so it's a good idea to grow it in partial shade and keep it well watered. Pak choi is hardier than many other leafy crops, so late sowings will crop in autumn and even winter, if given a little protection with a cloche or some fleece.

Sunny window and big enough pot and not get to hot. Needs to be a bigger pot. Its possible but they may be smaller. They may take up alot of room.

Hi! Do you know if any of these can be grown in hot weather? I live in central SC and it can get pretty hot here, usually stays humid but no telling if it will be wet all summer or really dry. Thank you! :)

I have pretty hot weather did not work out well. If you have mild fall and no freezing winter might grow in that weather. Plants prefer Spring Fall type weather and need long growing season like 5 months
