This lamp is brand new still with tag. It has a on/ off switch,Powerful solar panel recharges the battery during the day built in sensor automatically turns the light on at night.Uses 1.2 aaa rechargeable battery included This lamp stands about 8' tall. The top of the lamp does come off and this is a plastic lamp. This will be a 10 day auction so i can mail on March 14th with tracking. THANK YOU
