A bid of 50; the winner will get to choose 1 charm
51 to 100 will get 1 more choice = 2 charms
101 to 200 will get 1 more choice = 3 charms
201 to 300 = 4 charms
301 to 400 = 5 charms
401 to 500 = 6 charms
501 to 600 = 7 charms
601 to 700 = 8 charms
701 to 800 = 9 charms
801 to 900 = 10 charms
901 to 1000 = 11 charms
1001 to 1500 = 12 charms
1501 to 1600 = 13 charms
1601 to 1700 = 14 charms
If the winning bid is above 1700 the winner gets 13 choices
