how easy are these to grow?

They are fairly easy to grow - the seeds are quite small, you can start them indoors before the last frost and then transplant them after the weather calms down. I put them on the top of the soil and slightly cover them, keep the soil moist, but not wet. And they will sprout. I also take an empty toilet paper roll, cut it into 3rds and I put the sections in a shallow tray of soil and put the seeds inside the section. After the sprouts are large enough, pick up the whole section and plant it. The cardboard will hold the soil and roots, and once it's transplanted the cardboard will decompose.
