Thank you. I offer free shipping to US and US owned territories because it costs the same for 1st class mail, $1.93. Canada and USA just don't have the same rates. Shipping to Canada costs $7.65 for the exact same package, big difference. I am willing to discount the shipping by $1.93 if interested in bidding.
