You are looking at an 1898 1/8 cent (one eight cent) U.S proprietary stamp.
Designated RB20 and is the low denomination from the “battleship revenue” series of stamps issued in 1898. It says “series of 1898” just above the word proprietary. I don’t collect stamps so I don’t grade them I will leave that to you after you win it. For a stamp that’s 116 years old it looks pretty good to me. I will ship it in a plastic case.
