Somebody gave this to me, and unfortunately, I don't have the dvd disc.

I guess the dvd disc prompts the action of verification for the code. I don't think downloading this movie code will work without disc. I have no use for the code, as I don't have the dvd disc. Code is new and never used. I'll email you the code immediately upon trading. I don't think you will have any issues regarding the item, but you need the dvd in order to use the code.
