The listing, Airsoft Pistol has ended.

Up for bids is an Powerline Airstike 240 Airsoft pistol. This includes the pistol itself and the clip that came with it. This airsoft pistol shoots .24 CAL (6.0mm BB's) and is in used condition, but still works just fine. Shown in the pictures is both sides of the pistol as well as both sides of the clip, and a third picture that shows the clip in the pistol. Shipping is $3 flat rate to anywhere in the US.

What is shown in the pictures is what will be shipped.

I have a question. Are these legal to have in your house ? Like I know that before it is delievered to your home it gos through a scan at the post office and if they find its a gun will they like arrest you or something ? Like I may sound stupid but I really want to know

i can't imagine that you would be arrested for sending this or receiving it. You can order these online at multiple websites, and have it mailed to you at your house so i don't think there would be a problem. and yes they are legal to have in your house, i don't see how they could sell them if they were illegal to have in a home... thanks for the question

@lawenforcementagency The orange tip must be intact. Otherwise, shipping or airsoft guns is legal in some states, I myself have purchased a few online and have had them shipped to my house.

Well these are just airsoft, not a real firearm. Its not like i'm trying to send an automatic rifle. These are just toys and can be purchased across the country. I was informed that as long as the tip of the airsoft pistol is orange that there shouldn't be any problems

I work for a vendor for FedEx, and with shipping "guns" at sender or recipient has to be a licensed dealer. And from what I hear, majority of the time, USPS won't accept it, and rarely does FedEx or even UPS. I don't know about these, I don't think it should be a problem. But with that said, I've never heard of if the tip is orange, no problem. You might just want to verify shipping this out, before the auction ends, or payment is received. Again, not saying you can't, but to be on the safe side. :) Didn't mean to be rude or offend you.. but with today's society.. they have so many restrictions on shipments.
