wax vac used once, comes with 7 of the 8 ear tips(I will not include the one I used), cleaning brush, instructions and part of the package it came in. Batteries only included if you do local pickup as it's difficult to send batteries through the mail.

I do too and I'm prone to ear infections, that's why I decided to try this. I didn't like the way it felt either plus the vibration made my ears itch a lot. If you win and decide you don't like it you could always relist it.
