naw dont waist the seeds on the jar method..... use the wet paper towels one. will grow for sure that way.... so ya can sprinkle on sandwhich or in salad so on... I dont like the flavor but know its good for ya. if you are gona grow it as a plant I dont know much on that at all. youll need to look that up.
