It is in the pictures. It is an elastic silver very glittery band. The chains are already sewn into place. So you don't have to mess with any clasps, hooks etc. It's made like a garder but with chains dangling down and you can just arrange them however you want. I put a picture in there of it on my arm. I just slid the elastic band up my arm. I can try to add more pics if you need them. I hope that helped. If not please let me know if you need anything else ok?
