Tearbos; Hello. The skirt from the the bottom of the halter/ribbon (which falls at the top of the waist) is 27inches. I am 5'7" and it falls to mid-calf on me. Even with several more inches (of height) the hem will still fall below the knee. Hope this answers your question, have a great day. :0)
