The listing, VINTAGE SILVER SERVING SPOON has ended.

1&3/4 X 8&1/2 Nice serving spoon. Once I cleaned her up she shined. The front on the handle says "SSVOCO" The back says "WALKER & HALL Si W&H". Heavy. All I got folks. Listia rules apply, HAVE FUN.

Questions & Comments

The S.S. VOCO was a Lube Oil Tanker named and owned in 1949 by shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis. It was scrapped in 1961. This spoon was probably from the Officer's Stateroom or maybe even the Captain's. It is a British Sheffield silver plate over copper. Quite interesting. The Doctor loves passing info forward.
I will fan and watch and more than likely bid. Looking forward to watching this auction.
