New Soft Surroundings super long gypsy skirt. Outer fabric is sage green silk (68%) with gold lame (32%) and gold ribbon trim, lined in 100% sage green cotton. Size Small Tall, measurements are waist laying flat unstretched = 13", stretched (elastic in back) = 15". Length approx 38". Waist band can be folded under/over if length is too long. I am 5'11", size 6 for your reference. Zipper and hook and eye closure. Lots of pleats and swirl, excellent for contra dancing or the like. A fun and gorgeous skirt for the right person and event.

Can you tell me more about it? Would it be by Priority Mail, i.e. can I still use PM box/envelope, or would I have to find my own shipping supplies? I don't know of a non-PM way to ship more than 13oz. What do you need from me to generate the label, just the total weight?
