Brand is Decree. Very cute flowy top with lacey pattern on back. Would probably work BEST on a some what petite figure. This looks good with denim shorts and some cute sandals. Very comfortable summer top. Worn maybe twice.

Well it's looser generally. It ran a little small on me though so it want. And it's not a problem. I enjoy it!

It lays pretty flat, there's a portion at the bottom that has like 3 tiers of ruffles but they lay flat too. I don't have the shirt right here in front of me but it's pretty long. I'd say a little over 24 inches?
