Do these recipes contain ingredients that you would find in your pantry or unusual ingredients that you would have to shop for? I don't watch much TV so I do not know about those chefs.

Has nutrition basics and tips and more info besides the recipes.It concentrates a lot on fruits & vegetables and how to fix them nutritionally. So for the most part, I would say regular groceries.
