1. If you bid and win...you OWN it! No buyer’s remorse please. NO refunding of credits and NO returns if I haven't made any mistakes

2. After (7) days of no response from buyer, the item and credits belong to me.

3. I ship only to “VERIFIED ADDRESSES” and to all 50 states only! Per Listia Rules I Will Accept Listia Approved Addresses Only, Any address sent via email will not be accepted! If I do not have a Listia Approved address in 7 days I will relist and keep the credits. A winner who ignores this warning shall not receive their item(s) and shall lose their credits.

4. If fee shipping is involved, I only accept PayPal & payment must be made within 7 days of auction ending. I also do not ship, until shipping payment is made! If not received within 7 days, you will forfeit your credits. I provide a tracking number for every auction.

5. Please remember, if you win any of my auctions, to hit the "Got it" button as soon as you receive your item and always remember to leave feedback, as I will do for you.

6. By Listia Rules I have 7 Days to Ship! Your item will be shipped within that Time Frame! If there is a Problem I will email you. Most of the time I ship within 2-3 Business Days.
