Baked Reuben Casserole is a fun alternative to the traditional reuben sandwich. It's actually surrounded by bread, but in a different way. The bottom layer consists of rye bread that's been cut and cubed. The top layer is made of rye breadcrumbs. In between, you'll find the classic reuben ingredients.
