This was a gift from my xhusband so its time 2 move on lol Its 10k solid gold with a genuine sapphire stone and 10 small diamond accents circling around the stone.. The pictures do it no justice, I couldnt capture the true beauty of this ring with my camera phone but I assure u wont be dissapointed and its in great condition, he bought me so many sapphire rings because its my birth stone that I hardly ever wore it unless iwas wearing blue so happy bidding yall
