These large carrots grow very uniform and can be harvested at any time up to 8 inches long and are very sweet and crisp with unparalleled flavor. Good for eating fresh or freezing.
Unlike most of the other seeds I offer I did not produce these seeds in my garden, I bought way too many packs for the space I ended up with.

These look fairly short. What is the shortest you can harvest?

Thanks for your interest!!! These will grow quite large, up to 10 inches, but develop full flavor as soon as they get their orange color, so they can can be picked at around 3 inches. I like them the best when they are about 4 to 5 inches, like the ones in the picture.
