This is a pretty good video to give you an idea of how to place the stones on the body.

The stones in this set are Amethyst (2) Rose Quartz, Blue Lace Agate, Citrine, Tigers eye, Hematite

The stones in my kit are slightly different than the ones you will see on the video. I use more amethyst in my layouts. Amethyst is a quartz and should get you good results. You will also find citrine and rose quartz in my stone set. They are quartz as well. Quartz magnifies energy. Powerful stuff!

In the photo you will see the bag I will include with the crystal set. I will also place them in a gift box for extra protection.
