That is weird I am about to do the same thing to one of my listings they said they would pay me through paypal and then it has been like 2-3 days since and I haven't gotten the money to ship it nor have they replied back to me.

In the rules it says 10 days but if you post it in the auction how many days you will wait for a response before relisting that's ok. Not your fault they didn't read it all :)
