The listing, Vivitar digital camera *READ DESCRIPTION* has ended.

This camera is being auctioned as is...it was given to me by a friend but i cannot get it ti turn on. Outer casing is in great excellent condition so i am not sure what the problem is with tbe camera. Maybe someone that knows about cameras could fix it or use for parts? It comes with a wrist strap but no other cords, ect. Takes 3 AAA batteries. All listia rules apply to my auctions and i do not do returns. Thanks for looking and good luck!

does it even try to come on at all like flash on then off or anything or just nothing?

It takes 3AAA batteries, when i put fresh ones in and try to turn it on it does nothing whatsoever. I know nothing about the workings of cameras or how to fix them so it could be something simple that i have not thought of...or i guess you could use it for parts? I just know i can't get it to do anything. Sorry it took so long to reply, it has been a long day lol

its ok i was thinking maybe its the kind that only runs on rechargeable batteries? that's how my old Kodak was.

It might, i never thought of that. All i have is regular batteries i don't own any rechargable

put batteries in make sure they are facing right direction had it happen to me had batteries in wrong
