GIN is "get it now" and as a seller, if you have sold a certain # of auctions, you can change your auction to set it as an option, where instead of bidding, a person can just pay a certain amt of credits, and get the item. If you are able to, go to edit the auction and click on advanced options, and there should be a box where you check it says something like "allow users to instantly win auction for a certain amt of credits" It will allow you to change it to 3200, or whatever get it now price is acceptable to you.
