I actually made these when I was a kid! All they need is the hook to make them into earrings, They are 40 + years old, and need to finally hang on someones ears! Just a little bigger than a nickle, very light weight.

What are they made of? Designs on both sides?

The design is on both sides. They were hand drawn, cut out of plastic, painted and then shrunk in the oven. I think it was a kit years ago. They already have a hole at the top to go through.
