In summary, it has a high waist, and it's about mid-calf for someone of average height.
My mom had it in a bag of clothes she was going to give to the goodwill, I took a look and said "oooh, Old Navy and it looks almost new! I'll take that." I put it on when I got home, and it looks "high-water" on me cause I'm really short, but maybe YOU got the body for it.
