I'm not sure where it would be marked but it came with a package deal of "Mark" (from Avon) makeup, perfume and bag that I bought my daugHter for Christmas. It's a little large for her so she never wore it. I used to sell avon though.

Okey! So it's likely not an Avon piece. I've never seen avon have a piece like this, but I couldn't say for sure. Thanks for explaining the 'mark'

Mark is the "teen" version of Avon. Some of their stuff is in avon catalog but they also have their own catalog that comes out bimonthly I THINK with Avon brochures
