Both routers can be used for any type of broadband connection, be it cable or DSL. Yes they all work and come with their respective power cords as shown in the pictures.

In this case, it wouldn't as the only box I currently have to ship it in is a USPS Medium Flat Rate box. It has also already been packed up for shipping so I'd rather just stick with what is listed in the auction and not have to find another box and repack.
