I can make it in your size (you'll need a measuring tape or string and a ruler.) so you can slip it over your hand.

My kids get compliments on these all the time!

Yes. Free shipping in the US & Exact shipping elsewhere, worldwide. But it weighs practically nothing, so I imagine Shipping anywhere would be pretty inexpensive. ;)
