nope if you look at the pics you'll see this and other items I list or have listed are mint and if not I specify cause I know I dont want to waste my credits on crap;-) its PEWTER so it already has natural imperfections just the nature of the stone but I think this ones cute and the rest I have listed but if you seen the collection they came from you'd have no doubt these were given to me just cause of the fact there were so many that no one else wanted so after listing some others ive came to the conclusion"PEOPLE LIKE TURTLES" In Japan they are somewhat considered a good luck or prosperity symbol like the frog and this Ive come to learn just like the #4 is considered bad luck or in groups of 4 it is what it is I hope this maybe answers you ?:-)
