The listing, ***Brand New Netbook*** Something for the College Student!!! has ended.

Well, here I have a Netbook. It is brand new and never been used. I tried to figure it out but I am so UNsavvy when it comes to electronics! Here is the information I found on it;
It runs Windows CE on a 300 MHz ARM VIA processor with 128MB RAM and a whopping 2GB storage. The huge bezel around the tiny 7-inch 800 x 480 screen has space for a pair of speakers either side, and you even get an ethernet jack and a couple USB ports (take that, iPad) along with Wi-Fi. You can also slot-in an SD card. This one comes with the charger only as that is all I got with it.

CPU : Pentium 166MMX
RAM : 128 MB physical RAM
Hard Drive : Optional
CDROM : 20x and up <----- not need if you use a usb flash drive
Plus it free, also it will run faster if installed instead of using as a live os..

Wow, those are some technical answers. To put it in layman's terms, Windows CE is a scaled-down operating system designed for what Microsoft terms 'information appliances' like mobile phones, industrial equipment, & other space-limited hardware. It generally has more in common with a smartphone os than with a laptop os.

I keep coming back to this auction just to see pmkornexl's comments LOL! And the purpose of a NETBOOK is to get on the NET so, wireless/wifi being the same thing I can pretty much guarantee these have intergrated wlan cards so anyone wanting to know if Redd's netbook can do the wifi, I sure would hope so!!! Also, you can train this netbook to go back to the kitchen AND bring you a beer!!! How amazing is that???
