well I assumed the stand didn't...by frame do you mean the brown with white stripes and flower part doesn't come with it?

No, the black iron stand it is sitting on is the stand. The brown and white with the flowers is all part of the wall hanging. By the way, what is F & W? I am new to this and do not know what it means.
