This is the descrption of the previous owner's auction that I won here on Listia.
This the only info that I have. I'm not an expert. I hope it helps. Anyway I'll take a look with natural light and a magnifier tomorrow morning and I'll get in touch with you if I found any date on them.
"Vintage silver plated 9 piece misc lot of flatware, includes salad set approximately nine and a half inches long they are plated looks like some of plating is coming off on fork there is some pitting, markings on back read William Adams E.P.N.S made in England. A two piece knife set from 1847 Rogers brother stamp on side, these are stainless on top silverplate on bottom. They are the ancestral design from 1924. There is a United airlines spoon from international silver co. ,as well as a serving spoons from the Waldorf Astoria hotel art Deco design believe from 20s or 30s also silver plated, a serving spoon also from international silver co. and a soup spoon from national silver co."
