Free usps shipping. No tracking or insurance. I have great feedback for your assurance. First Class mail can take awhile but most get their items within a few days of mailing. Post office says it could take up to 14 days so sometimes you need to be patient for items to arrive. I send you an email when I mail them so you know.

I normally ship much sooner, but I am handicapped and sometimes I need the full allowed amount of time. I try to mail at least twice a week.
