This is NOT jewelry - unless your finger is an inch around - and that would just be weird.:) It is meant to be used during rosary prayers to keep count of prayers. Use for each decade of the rosary. Attached is a BEAUTIFUL medal of Saint Anne (mother of Mary), and a 5-way medal/cross.
