It contains a balanced blend of annual and perennial wildflowers that is irresistible to hummingbirds and butterflies. Plant in a sunny location in early spring after all danger of frost is past. For late Summer planting, sow 8-10 weeks before the first frost in your area. Roughen up the soil surface to a depth of 1 1/2 inches and remove all weeds. Distribute seeds evenly over area. Tamp down seed by walking over or rolling seeded area. Seed should be planted no deeper than 1/4 inch. Keep area moist until seeds germinate.
