What is wash tape?

It is a paper tape that is made in Japan. It comes in thousands of patterns and colors.

It can be used for a variety of things, such as decorating envelopes and stationary, , for making cards, journals, scrap booking embellishment, making ornaments,and many other uses.

Not exactly. It is lighter than plastic tape - it has a lighter glue.
